I love discussing Data Management challenges with people across the globe, however, my time is also somewhat valuable, and some bad experiences have forced me to add a few disclaimers.

If you reach out to me in order to discuss and get sparring on issues related to Data Governance, Master Data, or any other Data Management related topic, it truly will not cost you anything. However, if you…

- Book a meeting with the intention of selling me something (software, websites, shady marketing practices etc.)
- Book a meeting and don’t show up, without any kind of word in advance
- Book a meeting because you have the freelance-opportunity of a lifetime and you can’t reach me in any other way before the deadline closes in 48 hours

… I will be forced to send you an invoice of EUR 100 for the time that I have spent planning and preparing for the session. Furthermore, if a session has been re-scheduled (either by you or by myself), please make sure to confirm your attendance no later than 24 hours before the new timeslot.

If your computer blows up or you drive into a deer on your way to work, or anything else out of the ordinary happens, let me know, and we will of course manage that as reasonable adults.
